Singhana Haveli by Dhola-Ri-Dhani, Hyderabad (“Singhana Haveli”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides this Cancellation Policy to explain how cancellations, modifications, refunds, no-shows, and payment deadlines are handled when you book rooms, events/banquets, day-outings, activities, or other services. This policy applies to all reservations made through our website, booking engine, phone/WhatsApp, email, OTAs, or direct walk-ins.
A minimum token payment (non refundable) of ₹1,000 is mandatory to confirm all bookings (online or offline).
1) Scope
This policy applies to cancellations, modifications, refund eligibility, payment deadlines, no-show rules, and related charges for:
- Stays and room bookings
- Events/banquets/weddings/meetings
- Day-outings and activities
- Direct, OTA, phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in reservations
- Corporate, group, and organizer-booked reservations
Specific rate rules displayed during booking also apply in addition to this policy.
2) Minimum Token Payment (Non Refundable)
- All reservations require a mandatory token payment of ₹1,000 at the time of booking.
- Bookings without this minimum payment are not considered confirmed.
3) Cancellation Eligibility
A booking is eligible for a refund only if:
- Cancellation is made before the payment deadline shown during booking.
- Any additional rate-specific conditions displayed at booking are met.
After the payment deadline passes, the booking becomes non-refundable.
4) 100% Refund Window
- Cancellations submitted before the payment deadline receive a 100% refund of the full amount or any additional amount paid.
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed back to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
5) Non-Refundable Period
- Token amount (₹1000) is non-refundable.
- Once the payment deadline has passed, the booking is non-refundable.
- Any amount paid (token or full payment) will not be refunded.
- Rate-specific rules may require full stay charges for late cancellations.
6) Modifications
- Modifications after the payment deadline may be treated as cancellations depending on rate rules and availability.
- For OTA bookings, modification rules of the respective OTA also apply.
7) No-Show Policy
A reservation is considered a no-show if the guest does not check-in on the arrival date without prior cancellation.
- No-shows are fully non-refundable.
- The hotel reserves the right to release the room after the check-in window lapses.
- Additional charges may apply for events/banquets if services were prepared or reserved.
8) OTA / Third-Party Bookings
For bookings made via OTAs (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com):
- OTA-specific cancellation rules apply in addition to this policy.
- Refunds must be requested through the OTA platform when required by their terms.
9) Payment Deadlines & Guarantee
- The payment deadline displayed during booking determines refund eligibility.
- Failure to complete required payments by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the token amount.
- Pre-authorizations or security deposits (where applicable) may be charged as per the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
10) Events, Banquets & Group Bookings
For weddings, banquets, corporate events, and large groups:
- Cancellation charges may vary depending on event size, date, vendor commitments, and rate rules.
- Vendor, décor, AV, and banquet-related cancellations may be subject to separate contract terms.
11) Force Majeure
Cancellations due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) will be reviewed case-by-case as per the hotel’s Terms & Conditions.
